Sometimes our practices deepen. Sometimes our beliefs change. Sometimes old religious frameworks begin falling away and we’re left wondering what comes next.
I offer a limited number of one-on-one sessions for people who would value thoughtful companionship, mentoring, and support as they explore their spiritual life.

Understanding patterns, personality, ego and greater inner freedom.
Untangling rigid religion, inherited beliefs and spiritual fear.
Making room for growth without abandoning the heart of your spiritual life.
These sessions aren’t therapy or formal spiritual direction. They are a space for contemplative companionship, spiritual integration, and mentoring grounded in the areas I’ve spent years practicing and teaching.
Scheduling: Private sessions are currently offered on Wednesdays and Fridays, 9-1:00pm ET. After purchasing, you’ll receive details for scheduling your sessions within those days.

Availability is intentionally limited. I reserve a small number of weekdays each month for private sessions so that this remains a focused part of my work.
Whatever rhythm serves you — sessions may be scheduled relatively close together or spread across several months. I recommend meeting every 3-5 weeks.
