A 90-minute Mini-Retreat

So much of our inner life is shaped by what we hold onto — fixed identities, familiar ways of thinking, inherited beliefs, and the stories we tell about who we are.

Contemplative practice invites us to loosen, open, and “let it go.” But what does that actually mean? How do we let go of a thought, a belief, or a way of seeing ourselves and the world? And how can that be so healing?

Join this gathering to explore the practice and wisdom of letting go: not erasing our thoughts or identities, but loosening our identification with them so we can rest in the deeper Presence both beneath & within the activity of our busy minds.

We’ll explore how contemplative practice helps us

Through Centering Prayer, contemplative teaching, and reflection, we’ll explore how release can open us to greater interior freedom and the shared Presence at the heart of who we are.
