As the founder of Closer Than Breath and creator of Daily Mystic, Keith brings an interspiritual approach to spiritual teaching and practice. Rooted in the Christian mystical tradition and nourished by the perennial wisdom of many contemplative paths, his work explores the intersection of spiritual insight, psychological depth, and practical mysticism for the modern world.
As the creator of Daily Mystic, Keith helps seekers unlearn rigid religion, reimagine the Divine, and discover the sacred woven through everyday life. As the visionary behind Closer Than Breath, he continues to be surprised and inspired by the community that emerged during the early days of the pandemic—a space where spiritual practice, inner healing, and contemplative transformation meet.
Keith is a writer, meditation teacher, and a commissioned presenter of Centering Prayer through Contemplative Outreach, trained by the Shalem Institute in leading contemplative prayer groups and retreats. For over a decade, he has guided retreats, courses, and community gatherings that invite people into a life of depth, presence, and purpose.
He lives in Buffalo, NY, with his wife and son, with whom he shares a birthday.

Marybeth has been a practitioner of Centering Prayer, Lectio Divina, yoga, and the Christian contemplative wisdom path for many years. Her Catholic formation, along with her deep study of the Christian mystics, led her to embrace interspirituality as an emerging path for seekers with diverse and multiple religious or spiritual backgrounds, as well as the spiritually independent.

Logan Jones was raised as a Baptist in Catholic Salzburg, Austria, and Christianity still forms the core of his faith. He has also learned an enormous amount by exploring the practices of other traditions, in particular the meditations and teachings of engaged or Thiền Buddhism, which is a version of Zen Buddhism (Thich Nhat Hanh, father of the mindfulness movement), the inner work teachings and practices of Fourth Way Spirituality which include Enneagram* work (G.I. Gurdjieff, P.D. Ouspensky) and the wisdom tradition/contemplative dimension of Christianity (particularly the work of William Menniger, Thomas Keating, Cynthia Bourgealt, and Richard Rohr). These teachings and practices have helped him to better understand and explore the contemplative traditions of Christianity, which have been neglected for centuries in the west but which are now being rediscovered in forms such as centering prayer and lectio divina.
